Our strategic development programme for the coming years includes new projects with a total area of over half a million square metres (567,000 sq. m — 285,000 in Kyiv and 282,000 in Lviv).

At the start of the war, we had ongoing projects in Kyiv and Lviv covering about 600,000 sq. m.Despite all challenges, RIEL completed the projects launched before 2022 in Kyiv and maintained leadership in the Lviv market.

2025
history-step-4

The full-scale war became the hardest test. But we persevered, restarted all construction sites in Kyiv and Lviv, supported the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and helped strengthen the defence of the capital and Lviv.

2022
history-step-3

We entered the Kyiv market, built a strong team, and scaled our projects. We represented Lviv at MIPIM 2016 in Cannes and received professional awards. During the lockdowns, we were the first to sell apartments with an e-signature and to digitalise our business.

2013

We grew every year: delivering new buildings, expanding our portfolio, and working with business-class properties. In 2009, we commissioned our first in-house project, and by 2011 we moved to large-scale residential complexes.

2009
history-step-5

RIEL was founded in 2003. We started with residential projects in Lviv - small in scale but meaningful in purpose. This development experience was not easy, but it laid the foundation for our approach to the business.

2003

RIEL’s new-generation projects are modern residential spaces with a focus on technology, comfort, and architectural quality
